Without My Consent

Without My Consent is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization seeking to combat online privacy violations. Our mission is to empower victims of online privacy attacks and encourage meaningful debate about the internet, accountability, free speech, and the serious problem of online invasions of privacy.

Without My Consent has benefited greatly from the support of the Samuelson Law, Technology & Public Policy Clinic at UC Berkeley School of Law, the first legal clinic in the nation founded to provide students with the opportunity to represent the public interest in sound technology policy. The project is also affiliated with the non-residents fellows program at Stanford's Center for Internet and SocietyThe New York Times Sunday Magazine, Forbes.com, CNET.com, and USA Today have all recognized our work.
